Description

Transmission electron micrograph of a pancreatic acinar cell from the bat Myotis lucifugus showing the 'classic' ultrastructural features of the nucleus after glutaraldehyde fixation. The large darkly staining elliptical structure is the nucleolus with characteristic granular and fibrillar components.
