Images were acquired in an inverted microscope (model IX70;Olympus) with 488 nm excitation. A dichroic mirror (HQ485/30) was used for GFP-labeled cells. Images were acquired with a charge-coupled device camera (Retiga Exi; Qimaging) and analyzed using MetaMorph software (MDS Analytical Technologies). 10 frames/s shown.
