Description

Phase contrast of a PtK1 cell (marsupial kidney epithelial cell) injected with Pak1 inhibitory fragment (H83L, 120 uM needle concentration) and X-rhodamine tubulin. Microtubules dynamics in these cells werevisualized using X-rhodamine. Image corresponds to Fig 4A and video 6 in J Cell Biol, 161:845-851, 2003. Video 6 is contained within the same image group as this figure.
