Description

Transmission EM of cotyledons of wildtype Arabidopsis thaliana grown in the dark and exposed to light for 16 hr. The prolamellar bodies have been partially converted into chloroplasts. Other images in this group show the development of chloroplasts in the cep16 mutant.
