Description

Fluorescent micrograph showing human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell-derived cardiomyocytes (CDI iCell) treated with 2 microM Erythromycin for 4 hours and stained for cell membrane permeabilization (Propidium Iodide, red), calcium mobilization (Fluo-4 AM, green) and Hoechst 33342 to visualize nuclei (blue). Images of live cells were taken with GE IN Cell Analyzer 1000 (20x objective).
